Millennials encapsulates exactly what The Snuts personify – The joy that can be found amidst the chaos of daily life. Each track delves into themes of heartbreak, the working life and the feeling of obscurity within the world. The depth and melancholic themes are brought to life through the paradoxical nuances of ramped-up indie-rock anthems. Tracks such as ‘Gloria’, ‘NPC’ and ‘Deep Diving’ leave that impression and lead the line for what is set to be a new chapter in The Snuts’ career.

Taylor Swift's Modern-Classic Hit: Midnights Review

As noted by the album’s Apple Music page: ‘Alongside long-time collaborator Jack Antonoff, she’s set out here to tell “the stories of 13 sleepless nights scattered throughout [her] life”’. ‘Midnight’ follows the current trend of 80s influenced projects with a unique Taylor Swift flavour and emotional resonance. The ‘3AM edition’ adds an additional seven tracks, removing fan favourite ‘Meet Me At Midnight’ and filling the track list with gems such as ‘The Great War’, ‘Bigger than The Whole Sky’,

GREENZONE 108 Review: Greentea Peng Delivers A Mystical Mixtape

Coming off the high of her debut album Man Made in 2021, Greentea Peng graces her presence on the music scene once again with her mature ten-track mixtape ‘GREENZONE 108’. Our entry into the Greenzone, which sounds like a world from Sonic the Hedgehog, is ‘Feint’ which unlike Sonic, does not disappear at the speed of sound. The atmosphere feels and sounds like a descent into madness. A sense of mysticality is created through the spacial vocal harmonies and lyrical themes of mental fatigue and its impact on Greentea Peng’s perception. A repeated warning “protect your psyche” can be heard throughout the track.
